Do I have to order a minimum quantity?

Our minimum quantity is 30 pieces. We do not however restrict the number you can order. Therefore order your exact requirements, be it 57 or 118 invitations.

What will my invitations cost to post?

All of our designs fit in standard envelopes with the minimum postage required. Oversize invitations will cost extra postage.

How will I receive proofs?

Proofs are sent via email. Reviewing and ensuring details are correct on the proof is your responsibility. Written alterations are emailed or faxed back and new proofs are then issued. Currently we do not limit the number of rounds of changes you can make, but numerous proofs will extend the date of delivery.

What if I require extra items after delivery?

We over supply 5% of ordered blank envelopes and include one keepsake copy of all printed pieces. We advise you to order a few extra of all printed materials. Should you require more later, please contact us and we will accommodate your requirements.

What are the payment terms?

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to commence, with the balance due on or before delivery of your stationery. We accept cash, cheque, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or direct deposit.
